Your appointment ensures a physical spot on the schedule. However, this does not mean that your vehicle will be worked on immediately on the day you drop off. Vehicles which are scheduled in front of you may take longer than expected to repair so we ask that you please be patient, and we will get your vehicle as soon as we can. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. By signing in, you acknowledge the above complaint is what the vehicle is being diagnosed/repaired for at this time. Additionally, you agree there will be a $25/day storage fee added to any vehicle that is not picked up within a 7 day period of completion unless other arrangements has been made.
